Ardent was formed in December 2007 through a management buyout of the Manchester, Leeds and Midlands operations of ECHM and Imprint Search & Selection.
The business commenced trading in 1992 as Hitchenor Maher, became HMI Group, then ECHM through a merger in 2003 and was acquired by Imprint Plc in 2005. We have a long, successful history that has established our business as one of the premier recruitment organisations across the North and Midlands.
That success is based upon listening to, and understanding, our clients' needs. Our advisory skills and outstanding track record of success means that we work with many of the region's best blue chip Plcs through medium to large companies and entrepreneurial small to medium enterprises.

Our Executive search practice, in addition to senior finance assignments, delivers tailored solutions within the engineering, manufacturing, automative, technology and financial services markets.
