| Description: | A well-established and growing industrial business is looking for an accomplished Group Accountant to join its team based in the Heathrow area, West London / Middlesex this will be an office-based role. Reporting into the CFO, the successful candidate will lead and develop the finance function from a commercial perspective. You will enhance its financial policies and processes, as well as oversee two members of the accounts team. In order to be suitable for this business-critical role you must be an experienced accountant (ACCA/ CIMA qualified or QBE) with proven experience of managing a finance function, in an industrial, engineering, construction or similar industry. It is essential to have proven experience of balance sheet reconciliations, control accounts, operating an invoice discounting facility, and cash flow management. This Head of Finance / Senior Finance Manager role is paying up to £60,000 depending on experience, and would suit an individual with the drive, commercial acumen and attitude to develop into a Group Financial Controller role. | |
