We are partnering with a leading PE-Backed business in North Wales as they look to appoint a dynamic and driven Management Accountant to join them on their IPO journey.As a valuable employee within this multi-faceted, acquisitional group, the successful candidate will work within a team of Management Accountants and will be responsible for end-to-end Management Accounting for a designated business unit. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts for designated business units within the organisation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather relevant financial data and insights for accurate reporting.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to drive business performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments as required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise financial processes and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:The role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is working towards a finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA). However, QBE candidates who have gained significant experience producing Management Accounts in a large, fast-paced business are also encouraged to apply.
