Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

Location: Torquay

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a growing accountancy practice. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and you ll also be talking to customers and clients daily.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide consultative support to customers and help them to solve their business challenges
• Develop and mentor junior account managers

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in managing a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of accounts software such as Xero.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
