Senior Internal Auditor - Very flexible working

Audit & Risk Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Internal Auditor to join a truly global media group. Reporting to a supportive Internal Audit Manager, you will be part of a team that focuses on the EMEA region but will have close contact with the wider global team.

Role overview

You will be identifying risks in the business and examining and evaluating controls to mitigate those risks, to ensure the safeguarding of current and economic value across the Group. This could be through a variety of methods, including undertaking internal audit reviews, facilitating risk management activities, the development of policies and procedures, managing self-assessments and carrying out investigations.

Role specifics:

• Central London office with very flexible working (1 day in the office per month)
• Some EMEA travel required (estimated at 25% max)

Profile desired:

• Relevant audit qualification (e.g. CIA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, ACMA)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good relationship management capability, including dealing confidently with senior management Enthusiastic, curious, confident and a team player
• Internal audit experience, which can be gained from either an in-house or practice environment.
