| Description: | Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager as part of our finance team based in Plymouth. Key duties: Management of the Accounts Payable Process Ensuring purchase invoices are posted to the accounting system Processing of expenses Credit card postings Reconciling supplier statements Preparation & submission of VAT returns Construction Industry Scheme returns Liaising with year-end accountants/auditors and completing requests Setting up payment runs Assisting with credit control if required Providing support as required across the finance function in a growing business Any other duties as required Essential Self-starter & great team player Good communication skills Be able to work on-site Experience of working in NetSuite or similar business package Good experience of Excel Experience of working in a busy accounts department Ventro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
