Outsourcing AccountantNegotiable, DOEMilton Park, AbingdonFull timeYour new companyOur client is an outsourced business services company that specialises in providing back-office services to start-ups or existing businesses within the Financial Services industry, with a particular focus on SME businesses in the investment management sector. Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for a full-time Accountant to join our enthusiastic and driven team based in Milton Park, South Oxfordshire.Your new roleIf you are looking for a diverse hybrid role with scope for progression, managing a portfolio of clients, and are a team player, with attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality client service then we would love to hear from you.The main responsibilities of this role include the production of month-end management accounts, VAT returns, FCA returns, year-end financial statements, P11Ds, and PSAs as well as training junior staff members.What you'll need to succeedYou will be AAT, ACCA, ACA qualified or QBE. You'll have practice experience and be adept at working to deadlines and be able to prioritize your varied workload. A self-starter with the ability to work independently is crucial. You'll be familiar with accounting IT packages. You'll be a true team player who will engage with the social side of working life.What you'll get in returnA competitive salary is on offer as well as hybrid working, 3 days in, 2 days at home after probation.
