Finance Business Partner - £70,000 to £80,000 per year Bracknell (Remote)

FryerMiles are delighted to working with an international technology business to assist with their recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

The successful candidate with be a proven qualified Finance Business Partner who can play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate strategic initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunities.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support as required.

Qualifications:

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role in a technology or fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
