Role and Responsibilities: - Prioritise customer satisfaction above all else, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. - Familiarise yourself with Our Core Values and our range of products and services. - Efficiently on-board new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners within your immediate POD. - Foster a positive team environment and contribute positively to team morale. - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including telephone and email. - Willingly participate in business projects as needed.
Essential Attributes: - Delivery-oriented and well-organised individual with experience in a financial planning environment. - CII or RO part qualified preferred, with a salary commensurate with experience. - Knowledgeable about investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds. - Proficient in using CRM systems. - Strong team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. - Proactive self-starter committed to personal development.
Location: This position is based at our Whiteley office, with hybrid working arrangements including 2 days in the office and the remainder at home. We're dedicated to championing flexible working patterns to accommodate our team member's needs.
