Position: Trainee Client Service Apprentice
Location: Birmingham
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £7.50 per hour

  • Telephone Etiquette: Professional and clear communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure accuracy.
  • Educational Standards: Minimum pass grade of 4 in Mathematics and English.

Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Client Service Apprentice, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Handling general enquiries and correspondence with finesse.
  • Engaging clients, solicitors, and providers via various communication channels.
  • Managing incoming post and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organizing and updating policy records efficiently.
  • Generating both standard and tailored responses to queries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client reports and reviews.
  • Obtaining and presenting quotations for financial products.
  • Learning the intricacies of platform operations and new business processing.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and procedures.
  • Providing valuable support to advisers and managers as required.

Qualifications and Knowledge:
While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates should be actively pursuing or obtaining basic administration and technical qualifications relevant to the role.

They will also gain a comprehensive understanding of our client's administration and client service standards.
