A leading care provider in the Southampton area is looking to recruit a Billing Co-Ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team, on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Billing Co-Ordinator role and what the client is offering:

• A competitive annual salary of up to 35,000
• A permanent, full-time contract
• Working Monday to Friday
• Bank holidays & 20 days holiday

As a Billing Co-Ordinator you will be working with the Head of Credit Control and Billing to ensure accurate invoicing to private services and local authorities. You will be highly organised with a great eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude. You will be experienced using Excel (V-lookups and Pivots). Experience within a finance position is essential for this position.

What we're looking for in a Billing Co-Ordinator:

• Minimum of 3 years working in Accounts Receivable
• AAT qualified or part qualified accountant
• Experience of processing large batches of invoices in a large diverse organisation or for multiple areas
• Experience of running Credit Control Processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients
• Peoplesoft/ Tradeshift/People Planner experience and working knowledge - desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills
