RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this award winning Leicester based business as they look to recruit an experience Purchase Ledger administrator on a permanent hybrid basis If you want a firm with a bit of a twist, then look no further. Being an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk, your role will report into an experienced and passionate AP Manager who really cares about their team. The role will involve the following;

  • Process the purchase ledger
  • Matching and coding of invoices
  • Maintain supplier accounts / reconciliations
  • Ensure all outstanding queries are handled with clients
  • Handle all debit notes to perform KPI's
  • Work effectively with team members
  • Create solid relationships with all clients
  • Handle and resolve all outstanding queries


As the Purchase Ledger administrator, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to use Excel to an intermediate level. Solid systems are a distinct advantage.
