Hours: Flexible, suggested Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Salary: Starting at £25,(Apply online only), dependent on experience.

Job Specification:

  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Entering Supplier Invoices.
  • Checking Supplier Statements.
  • Processing customer credit application forms and setting credit limits.
  • Credit collection.
  • Completing supplier questionnaires.
  • Sending out customer statements.
  • Processing customer credit card payments.


Skills Required:

  • Reliability.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Organised.
  • Experience with Xero.
  • Preferably, experience with Unleashed.
  • Values-driven and willing to participate as part of a close-knit team.
