Head of Compliance Policy and Advice

People's Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as Head of Compliance.

This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.

Main Purpose:

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance policy framework and providing expert advice on regulatory matters.

Providing expert guidance and advice to the company's leadership, departments, and employees to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

• experience in a senior compliance role, with a focus on compliance advice and policy management
• knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the organisation
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• leadership experience, including the ability to build and lead a high-performing team
• mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

Desirable

• knowledge of UK workplace pensions market
• Compliance and/or Financial Crime qualification
