WARWICK, WARWICKSHIRE -HYBRID ROLE 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME (WFH)

BASIC SALARY UP TO £26,000 PA PLUS BONUS UP TO £2000, OVERTIME AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE

As a Customer Complaints Manager, you will handle complaints from start to finish, to ensure that the customer understands that you are thoroughly examining their complaints. This will involve:

  • Reviewing and investigating customer complaints thoroughly and fairly.
  • Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to gather information and resolve complex issues.
  • Crafting clear, concise, and well-reasoned final resolutions that address customer concerns.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, and understanding throughout the process.
  • Implementing process improvements to minimise future complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • To be successful as a Customer Complaints Manager you must have:
    • Proven experience in handling customer complaints, ideally experience in writing final resolutions.
    • Background in insurance, banking, finance, motor trade would be advantageous preferably with knowledge of FCA regulations.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail.
    • Empathy and patience to connect with customers and ensure their concerns are heard.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • A passion for continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset.
