I am excited to be partnering with a Calderdale-based accountancy practice in their search for a Client Manager to add value to, and grow, their well-established portfolio of clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals who hold either AAT with extensive practice experience or ACCA/ACA qualifications who are looking to expand their knowledge of managing the whole client portfolio.
The Client Manager is responsible for managing your own client accounts, from initial account preparation, gathering personal tax return information, and ensuring adherence with deadlines and professional standards compliance with reporting deadlines.
Key skills and experience:
Previous experience in a practice environment
AAT qualification with practice experience or ACCA/ACA qualification
Providing credible leadership with a positive and supportive approach to managing and coaching junior members of staff
Proven ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external customers
Strong problem-solving skills with effective communication (written and verbal)
Capacity to efficiently prioritise workload
Strong knowledge of Sage Business Cloud, Sage 50, Xero and Quickbooks
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite
