Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to provide high quality mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing Buy To Let properties or have a need for specialist lending due to credit issues or similar problems precluding them from mainstream lending!

You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Our business partners work with over 150 of their own mortgage brokers throughout the UK who will feed the leads into the successful candidates! This is a hybrid role, hence living in the Tyne & Wear area is essential!

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join one of the North East's largest fee free mortgage brokers. Earnings are uncapped so only ambitious people should apply.

You will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience
• Have knowledge and understanding on Buy To Let and Adverse lending criteria
• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
• Be focused on exceeding weekly, monthly and annual KPI's and sales targets
• Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients
• Having existing strong relationships with national builders is highly desirable
• Where required to attend promotional/sales events hosted by our builder partners
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
• Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent to offer mortgage & protection advice
