Operations Administrator (Client Administration)

Salary:£28000 - £30000 per annum
Description: This Leading Investment Management Services Company is looking for an Operations Administrator (Client Administration) to be responsible for all aspects of client administration duties including document screening, account opening, account closures, deceased accounts, technical queries and ad hoc project work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Screening AML /account applications & associated documents across all types of accounts (including GIA/ISAs/Pensions/OPBs/Trusts etc.)
-Account opening across all systems
-Continuous monitoring and maintenance of pending accounts
-Dealing with all Client On-Boarding internal and external queries within our agreed SLA
-Administration of deceased accounts (including probate valuation requests and book cost adjustments)
-Administration of account closures (including calculation and deduction of closing fees)
-Periodic review of provider signatory lists
-Process and check static data amendments
-Client journal processing and authorisation
-Setting up & checking regular payment / standing orders / income sweeps
-Client receipts and disbursements; input and authorisation
-Deducting charges (Custody, Account Maintenance, Valuation etc.)
-Dealing with all client administration internal and external queries within our agreed SLA

The successful candidate is likely to have:

-Banking or stockbroking experience
-Knowledge of Nominees/Dividends/Corporate Actions
-Knowledge of ISA,SIPP & OPB products
-Knowledge of taxation and banking procedures
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Word & Excel
