Job Description

In the banking sector, Associates are typically recently qualified high flying graduates/post graduates or analysts with three or four years of experience. A junior Associate has the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience of the particular area in which he or she works and is expected to prove that he or she has to ability and drive to work in a more senior role.

Typical duties include:

  • Product research and analysis.
  • Report writing.
  • Financial modelling.
  • Client liaison and management.
  • Working alongside industry leaders and experts.
  • Working as part of project teams, for example deal teams.

Qualifications

Associates typically possess outstanding qualifications from leading academic institutions in areas such as business, accounting, finance and mathematics. Associates also require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
