| Description: | Employed Mortgage & Protection Advsior Location: Guildford, Surrey Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays optional. Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commissions (Realistic OTE £60k) We are looking for talented and driven mortgage and protection advisers to meet growing demand from our 25 estate agency offices. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a substantial yet family-oriented firm. You will enjoy a generous basic salary and uncapped earning potential through commissions in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage/protection advice and be passionate about serving clients and solving problems. We want someone with a positive, "yes we can" attitude who is proactive and ambitious about boosting their career and earnings. Previous estate agency experience is beneficial but not essential if you have the right attitude. These full time roles require you to divide time between our offices to build relationships and become integral to those teams. Some home working is also possible after an initial period.
