We are looking to recruit a new Mortgage Broker Regional Manager who is responsible for overseeing a team of 7 mortgage advisors, managing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance to drive sales growth and excellent customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 7 mortgage advisors
• Drive achievement of sales, revenue, and customer service goals for the region
• Track and report on metric performance across the team
• Recruit and onboard new mortgage advisors
• Design and implement mortgage sales training programs
• Coach advisors to improve sales and service skills
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of new mortgage products and regulation
• Collaborate with leadership on new business development initiatives

Opportunity to Continue as a Broker:

• The Regional Manager has the option to continue working as a Mortgage Broker in addition to management responsibilities
• 50% commission on leads provided
• 70% commission on self-generated leads and sales

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a mortgage broker or in financial sales management
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate sales teams
• Strong analytic skills and data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Organised and metric-oriented
