Our client provides high-quality mental health rehabilitation and learning disability services across Lancashire, Yorkshire and beyond. Over the past 20 years, they have built an outstanding reputation for supporting those with complex and enduring mental health needs and learning disabilities. ?Following a period of rapid development and continued expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join a growing team. The Role The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations within a growing business. Reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing monthly management accounts, analysing financial data, supporting teams across the business and ensuring adherence to budgetary controls. Requirements AAT Level 3 or above, or qualified by experienceExperience in the healthcare sectorGood working knowledge of XeroAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel - formulae, data analysis, lookups, pivot tables and conditional formattingAbility to work accurately whilst under pressure.Location The role is full time on site based In Chorley, Manchester.
