Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid working 2 days at home)

Our client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their fun, hard-working team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with little to no experience in data analysis to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident and proactive approach.
• Relevant degree or a keen interest in data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to staff.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleaning and preprocessing tasks.
• Support senior analysts in generating insightful reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with different teams to comprehend business requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting issues.
• Manage and support tickets, ensuring weekly reviews.
• Develop and publish reports covering site performance, traffic, bounce rates, etc.
