We are recruiting for a lead account manager, to manage some of the largest banking accounts with a fast-growth technology consulting firm.

The business has grown to 30 people and is experiencing 20% year on year growth. An exciting time to join!

The business specialises in upskilling workforces across financial services with the right technology skills, whether via learning and development solutions, running recruitment programmes, leadership training or broader cultural change projects. This is taking advantage of a gap in the market; these days banks are looking to increase productivity any way they can.

The firm offers a youthful, vibrant and collaborative culture and the chance to work with the Head of Account Management and Business Development, who is an individual with a track record of delivering to 18 of the top 20 banks in their last company; they have a fantastic network! They are also someone who was part of a firm's growth from 5m to 50m revenue in their last role; you will be working closely with this individual; hopefully a fantastic learning opportunity for the right candidate.

We are looking for:

1. Proven ability in an account management role through revenue generation, client development, negotiating contracts/extensions/renewals

2. Knowledge and background of working with large financial institutions, ideally large banks; you must be able to navigate a large bank such as a Barclays or JP Morgan and understand their business

3. Ideally knowledge of some key themes in the technology space and ability to network in this field

4. Ability to thrive in a small business and take on responsibility at pace

5. A passion for improvement, customer success and building long term relationships

6. Smart, courageous and humble!
