Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, as Assistant Management Accountant you will be successfully responsible for supporting and contributing towards the management accounts with varied duties such as supporting with KPI reporting, supporting with spend analysis and production balance analysis, ensuring inventory is correctly stated and controlled.

Alongside this will be steak holder management with the wider financial and commercial team so it will include margin analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and other ad hoc duties where necessary.

This opportunity is open to any assistant accountants, assistant accountants, or similar who are looking to step up/want more exposure to experience/responsibilities.

Profile

Successful candidate;

• Ideally be AAT-qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Previous experience working in a similar role with knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting. margins, journals, VAT returns will be advantageous.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups or Pivot Tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
