Compliance Policy Manager

My client is an established Financial Services provider based in the West Midlands. Due to the continued success of the business and subsequent expansion of the Compliance team they are currently recruiting for a Compliance Policy Manager.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and supervising a small team your main responsibilities will include;

• Manage and lead a small team of Compliance Officers
• Develop and extend the team knowledge and competence in technical areas
• Provide advice and guidance to the business on technical regulatory issues
• Ensure that the business attains the highest standards of conduct and data protection regulatory compliance
• Provide subject matter expert advice on all conduct related regulatory sourcebooks (BCOBS, MCOB, ICOB, CONC, PERG, SYSC etc.)
• To participate in projects and initiatives in support of improving the processes and products offered to customers
• To produce MI and regulatory update reports for presentation

You will be a Compliance professional with a minimum of 2 years experience within a Policy/Advisory role. Experience within the Banking sector is desirable although not essential. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and hybrid working.
