Assistant Accountant

Assistant Accountant Temporary role (4 Months)

Our client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team of a temporary basis for around 4 months, this may be extended but no guarantee.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the financial year-end activities
• Reviewing and proofreading final accounts, bringing accounts to a close
• Analysing financial data
• Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
• Managing primary ledgers and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Any adhoc tasks such as dealing with an invoice

Experience needed for the role:

• Advanced excel skills - pivot tables, macros, formulas
• Experience of working within an Accountancy or Finance

Office based, Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30 - 4:30, Fri 8:00 - 4:00
