Join us for an exhilarating 12-month journey where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients intercompany financial landscape reconciliations. You'll spearhead the transition of intercompany processes, making waves with quarterly finance adjustments and stock reconciliations.

With your meticulous eye for detail, you'll ensure accuracy in reporting and postings, all while championing innovation and creating seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Intercompany Accountant

  • Monthly intercompany account reconciliations
  • Liaising with the shared service center on posting of intercompany and month end

reconciliations

  • Manage the transition of intercompany month end reconciliation s
  • Responsible for quarterly/monthly finance adjustments to stock and stock

reconciliations

  • Booking management allocations/rebill and responsibility for reporting/accuracy of

postings

  • Working closely with the AP Manager to ensure timely resolution and payment of IC

balances

  • Support the UK business leads on resolving intercompany invoice disputes
  • Accountable for the intercompany reporting in the group system OneStream
  • Responsible for raising manual intercompany recharges between entities

What We re Looking for in the ideal Intercompany Accountant:

  • Minimum AAT Level 4 or equivalent
  • 2 years + accountancy experience
  • Previous intercompany accountancy experience
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
