Description:

Our client is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team

Duties include;

  • Collating all information and documentation required for weekly and monthly payroll processing
  • Inputting bank details with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Being the first point of contact for internal payroll queries
  • Responsible for answering queries on our helpdesk
  • Processing starters and leavers admin and pension administration
  • Setting up new PAYE schemes
  • Completing tax forms and sending out P45s
  • Any other general payroll administration duties
  • Delivering excellent customer service

You will have;

  • Previous experience in a payroll environment
  • Good computer literacy including MS Office
  • Good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
  • Good level of education in Maths and English
  • Good customer service skills, including verbal and written experience
  • Good excel skills
