Mortgage Adviser

• Their team are achieving on average, 2 mortgages per week with 50% protection cross sale

• You will be providing advice through a mixture of different methods including face to face, video and telephone

• Full induction training to ensure you are confident and knowledgeable, plus ongoing mentoring

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You must have full CeMAP or equivalent and have 12+ months' experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• You should have experience of written business of 75,000+
• You should have excellent customer service standards
• You should have full driving licence and access to own transport

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

• Salary of 25,000 - 30,000 plus 3,000 travel allowance
• OTE of 38,500 - 55,250
• Tiered bonus structure with no salary validation
• Branch based 4 days per week, with 1 day from home
• Working 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday with day off in lieu (every other Saturday)
