Description:

Accounts Administrator required to work within a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of 26,000 - 28,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

Duties:

  • Sort and allocate post
  • Print and process sales invoices
  • Organise and process cheques and bacs remittances for banking
  • Factoring administration tasks
  • Credit control
  • Stationary stock control
  • Check and enter expenses
  • Monitor and issue PO numbers
  • Other Finance, Accounts admin tasks

Experience required:

  • Previous financial administration, or accounts admin experience
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
