Absolute executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an International firm based in Kent who are searching for a Head of Finance to join their team.
The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function as well as working on ad-hoc analysis projects alongside the directors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reporting. Monitor cash flow and manage forecasting and budgeting processes. Cost accounting and profit analysis of investment projects. Prepare analysis and interpret financial reports. Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure. compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyse financial data and prepare forecasts. Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulations. Provide financial advice and support to managemen.t
Key Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified. Good working experience of managing financial operations. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record of leading, coaching and mentoring a team. Good working knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential.
Salary: 55k to 60k
