Accounts Assistant Part Time

Are you looking for a part time (24 hours) accounts position based in Ely?

This role demonstrates a great opportunity to work for a market leading manufacturing company on an FTC basis, likely to last until Jan 2025.

This organisation is looking for individuals with previous accounting experience and a great desire to complete tasks effectively.

Main responsibilities include:

• Manage supplier payments and reconciliations, including statement reconciliation and query resolution.
• Process purchase invoices, matching them with purchase orders and investigating price differences.
• Handle employee expenses, credit card processing, and credit insurance declarations.
• Prepare VAT schedules for submission to HMRC and raise sales invoices.
• Assist with month-end tasks such as prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, and other related duties.

Experience of working in a similar position is essential.
