Payroll Manager

A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a Stockton based firm of Chartered Accountants. This is a full time permanent position and will report directly into the Partners.

This firm offers great development and career progression and the role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to grow and develop their client base.

Duties:

• Managing the end to end payroll for various clients
• Collating time critical data from clients
• Uploading data and using multiple payroll processing packages
• Producing reports for clients
• Dealing with Auto enrolment, Nest, People's Pensions
• Calculations of AoEs
• Set up and processing payments from client accounts
• Liaising with HMRC
• Payroll year ends
• Ensuring compliance with legislation

Ideal candidates:

• Previous experience of managing a payroll bureau within a practice
• Comfortable with different payroll software
• Strong Excel skills
