Accounts Payable Clerk

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our growing client based in Wiltshire. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a permanent basis. This job is a chance to work for an incredibly exciting, successful, and resilient company.

This Accounts Payable Assistant job offers development opportunities and the chance to work closely with the finance team and the wider organisation.

The role is an end to end AP role and includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):

• Invoice processing
• Statement reconciliations
• Bank payments
• Coding of invoices
• Intercompany recharges
• Adhoc queries

The ideal candidate profile:

• Experience within Accounts Payable
• Good excel knowledge
• Organised and logical thinker
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable in a busy environment
