Semi Senior Accountant

This position is for a Semi Senior Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice. Your overall responsibility will be to prepare accounts with information provided by the client to a standard set by the ICAEW and the firm, at a level ready for review by Accounts Managers.

This is an independent practice in the Stafford area that is a ACCA approved trainer. With a strong reputation due to the service provided to their wide ranging client base.

Description

• Preparation of financial statements for clients across various sectors
• Management of client tax returns and ensuring timely submissions
• Assisting with audits, both internal and external
• Providing advice on financial strategies to clients
• Assisting senior accountants with complex tasks
• Maintaining and updating financial records
• Ensuring compliance with accounting laws and regulations

Profile

• ACA / ACCA part qualified
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

Circa £24,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience, background and level of the right professional. Plus benefits such as hybrid working and flexibility on offer. All training is backed by an ACCA approved trainer.
