As a Recruitment Consultant within our Commercial Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the careers of professionals and contributing to the success of businesses within various industries such as, finance, marketing, sales, administration, and more.

What will this entail?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the commercial sector.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and cultural fit to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client base through lead generation, networking and referrals.
• Utilise various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the successful placement of candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial sector.
