Responsibilities:
Finalise monthly accounting processes and generate analytical reports.
Lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Business partner with non-finance stakeholders on a frequent basis.
Manage stock, supplier payments, tax tasks, and payroll with precision.
Oversee team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant management experience.
Displays adaptability, organisation, and efficient project management skills.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Excellent communicator, adept at fostering teamwork in diverse settings.
Thrives under pressure, demonstrates leadership by example, and welcomes constructive feedback.
