Group Financial Accountant

If you re a qualified accountant looking to grow your skills further and step into a Group Financial Accountant role, with a hugely established company in the Software sector, then this is for you!

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong people management skills to lead in the production of timely and accurate consolidated financial accounts for the Group, coordinating and leading all the Group s financial accounting, audit, and tax matters.

Some responsibilities include;

• Calculate and submit VAT returns for UK entities
• Work with external tax advisers to get all foreign VAT returns submitted
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all VAT & tax accounts in each entity
• Calculate and review corporate tax returns with external tax advisers including UK RDEC claim
• Preparation and consolidation of financials for UK statutory accounts
• First point of contact and owner of US, UK and foreign subsidiary audits
