Description:	Salary 30,000 Felixstowe Free Parking. An expanding business in Felixstowe is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to ensure a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt is maintained to meet collection targets. This successful candidate will need to have credit control experience and be able to work within a team environment. Responsibilities: Ensure you keep accurate records on chasing and payment promises Drive continuous improvement in the number of days debts remain overdue Manage and monitor new customer accounts set up, including the setting and controlling of credit limits Ensure strong relationships are maintained with customers and internal colleagues Where appropriate, timely escalation of issues Work in collaboration with operational teams across the Group Provide assistance to managers on ad hoc projects from time-to-time Present and communicate to key stakeholders in a concise and effective manner Daily Bank Reconciliations This role is offering an excellent benefits package, working environment and a nice supportive team.
