Accountant / Senior Tax

Are you a Qualified Tax Accountant who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to work for an established Accountancy practice who are growing. You will be part of a close knit team who really value their staff and have a fantastic working environment. This role will be office based in West London and can either be full time or part-time.

You will be Fully qualified or qualified by experience and will be proficient in Sage, Xero or QuickBooks.

Duties:

• Responsible for a portfolio of accountancy and tax clients of high net worth, self-employed etc
• Preparing financial statements
• Supervise 4 member of staff
• Submit personal and commercial tax returns
• Work closely with the Tax Manager on other ad hoc projects

Skills:

• Must have previous experience working in Practice with a good knowledge of tax including corporation tax
• Proficient in Sage, Xero or QuickBooks
• Qualified by experience or qualification
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Hands on Accountant who is also happy with a a varied role
• Excellent knowledge of FRS105
