Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. (Hybrid following successful completion of probation).

Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking an Investment Administrator to join their client in Orpington. You will be one of the first points of contact for clients and provide valuable support to Investment Managers and Executives.

Key Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator:

  • Dealing with client queries coming in via phone, post, and email.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts.
  • Support and assist the team in general branch administration.
  • Assist and prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals
  • Onboard new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework.
  • Producing documentation for Investment Managers to provide to clients, such as Review Packs and Investment Proposals.
  • Providing clients and/or their agents with information and reports regarding their portfolios.
  • Administering requests from solicitors for Confirmation Valuations and documentation required for subsequent share sales.
  • Processing the movement of funds between accounts.

Person Specification for the Investment Administrator:

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Previous administrative experience and proven organisational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Awareness and understanding of financial services and FCA regulations.
  • Experience in a client facing role within financial services would be highly advantageous.
