Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting teams to ensure efficient loan processing.
• Manage the entire lending process from application through to drawdown.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bridging Underwriter.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of bridging finance products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
