Financial Accountant

Qualified, confident and enthusiastic Financial Accountant sought to join a successful and growing company based near Redditch on a permanent, on-site basis.

Working within a multi-skilled team, the new Financial Accountant will enjoy a broad and varied role, adding substantial value to the function as a whole and contributing to the continued success of the company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily financial management and activities of the company
• Team Management
• Review & maintenance of the General ledger
• Month-end sales reconciliation and reporting
• Invoice recharging and debtor ledger control
• Overhead analysis and reporting
• Internal audits and
• Budget compilation
• Stock and component reconciliation
• Ad Hoc reports & analysis
• Depreciation, Fixed Asset & Capital WIP Control
• Oversee payroll management

The Ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experienced within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong IT skills - Excel / INFOR highly desirable
• Good communication and organisational skills

This is an interesting, broad ranging role based on-site near Redditch.
