Your role as a Data Analyst will be integral to their success. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for analyzing and visualizing their extensive CRM and financial data, providing clear, data-driven insights to drive optimal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on CRM data and data capture processes
• Translate business objectives into analysis and visualization using CRM data
• Create dashboards and reports tailored to each department's needs
• Suggest new solutions and options for data analysis to enhance decision-making

Essential Experience and Attributes:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, and/or Excel
• Exceptional understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and CRM systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with SugarCRM data management
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements in relation to data management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with query languages such as Google Visualization API Query Language or SQL
