| Description: | I am currently working with an organisation based south of Cambridge who have plans for continued growth. I am looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organisation's financial operations and ensure sound financial management practices. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and leadership, with a keen attention to detail. The role has 5 direct reports, so strong management skills are required, and the role reports directly to the CFO. You will be a fully qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience of costing would also be desirable. The company offers good benefits including bonus, pension currently contributes 10.5%, 25 days holiday, private health scheme. This role is 4 days in the office.
