Description:

Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist/Sole PM to manage a monthly payroll.
Must have experience with Tronc payments - don;t apply unless you meet this.

Duties include

  • Payroll
    • Run monthly head office salaries for 150 employees
    • Run the payroll for our hourly paid site staff (c1300 employees) which is completed on a 4-4-5 weekly basis
    • Manage all relevant HMRC and pension submissions
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
    • Prepare quarterly calculations to check we are compliant with national living wage
  • Tronc
    • Administer the Tronc in line with the scheme guidance on a weekly basis
    • Liases with sites on any queries raised
    • Keep up to date with any changes in the legislation
    • Liases with our Tronc advisors and action points from the quarterly audits
  • Other Ad Hoc tasks
    • Assist with the month-end close process, including checking of employee expenses and reconciliation of employee credit cards
    • Provide ad hoc analysis as required
    • Work closely with the senior payroll manager
