Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper - Hybrid / Onsite / Remote - ASAP start - Permanent role - 35k PA

Location: Twickenham, London & Surrey (Remote or hybrid working)

Salary: 35,000PA

As such, they are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Financial Records - Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely, including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments.
• Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Education - Professional qualifications such as AAT would be advantageous but not required.
• Software Skills - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
• Attention to detail - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Organisational skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Analytical Skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Team Player - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
