Description: Join CBRE Global Workplace Solutions as a Finance Analyst. We are a leading global integrated facilities and corporate real estate management provider.
You will be situated in the trendy Old Street / Shoreditch area of London 3 times a week in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will offer vital financial support to the Account Management team, oversee contract performance across the clients portfolio, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager on accurate month-end reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning for the UK portfolio.
  • Deliver timely, precise monthly reports to Site Teams, aiding business decisions.
  • Manage a robust business controls regime, ensuring SOX compliance and effective use of resources.
  • Optimize cash flow through accurate billing and active client review.
  • Provide financial support to Regional Managers and their teams.
  • Conduct monthly reviews, report on variances, and propose forward actions.
  • Monitor programs and initiatives to deliver contract savings.
  • Ensure quality in client reporting and reconciliations, meeting contractual obligations and corporate expectations.
  • Review quality of client reporting and reconciliations to ensure that contractual commitments are met and corporate expectations delivered. Work with the FM to ensure that any changes to commercial terms are dealt with in line with CBRE & Client corporate expectations eg approvals, backup documentation & budget amendments



Person Specification:
  • Fully or Part qualified accountant.
  • Strong commercial skills and comfortable in client-facing situations.
  • Excellent IT skills, must be highly competent in using Excel, Peoplesoft JDE, Coupa etc
  • A team player with cultural awareness.
  • Analytical thinker capable of simplifying complex problems and making effective decisions.
