Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to oversee the operations of one of our clients electrical branch in Bracknell. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team when necessary, ensuring efficient and effective branch operations, and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers on the trade counter and telephone as well as helping when needed to load. - Working with the Branch Manager on all aspects of branch development and customer service. - Stock replenishment from ordering materials to ensuring adequate stock levels. - Any other appropriate duties given by the Branch Manager. - Supervision of a team of colleagues. - Supporting the Branch Manager in the execution of the Sales plan for the branch. - Ensuring the safe and efficient management of daily operations. - Ensuring all branch activity is cantered around the customer and ensuring they have the best possible experience. - Provide cover for the Branch Manager when required.

The hours are Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 17:15pm and every other Saturday 08:00am to 12:00pm.
